This technique was developed by Bruce McKenzie (Australia). It enables a group of people to share their unique perspectives quickly and safely. Each person receives the reflections of every other person about the idea or concern he or she stated in the center circle of a large sheet of paper. We read and respond quickly, and gather multiple ideas that otherwise would remain mute.
