We want to build and strengthen the capacity of our organizations. Where do we invest? What gives us the most leverage? Capacity of Our System Lab explores the exponential component of TRUST in a simple formula. 

We can hire more people, with lots of individual skills and talents, but if people do not trust each other, the capacity of the system is profoundly compromised.
