There are many ways to host and facilitate collective intelligence among diverse individuals or groups. In facing complex issues, bringing in experience from the periphery of the group knowledge is the leverage we need to utilize this asset. 

 The Labs in this concentration explore aspects of our organizational life. Do we know how to do this effectively using Systemic Principles and Practices? Do we know what we are designing for? How will we know if we are accomplishing what is needed? Are we accelerating knowledge sharing? Are we bringing oxygen to where it is needed?
