Organizational Opportunity Statements and Assumptions

1 hour

Organizations have both current operations and new opportunities. Working with diverse groups enables the identification of significant assumptions, and taps the collective experience of the group relative to levels of certainty. Where there are gaps, indispensable information is identified and researched. If and when conditions change, the group can quickly adapt because they know their own assumptions.
