This concentration introduces the basics of complexity, sensemaking, and systems thinking. Although the word "complexity" is everywhere today, we still need help distinguishing complex issues from other types of issues.

 These Labs focus on the counter-intuitive practices we need to develop to approach complex issues. Without a shared understanding of these practices within organizations, good intentions and hard work when facing complex issues may have no productive impact or actually make things worse.
