Diversity of Perspectives

2 hours

In today’s complex world, the biggest category of things includes what we don’t know that we don’t know. Each of us has a unique perspective, and to expand and create a richer picture of what is real and important, we need to invest in bringing diverse perspectives to support us.
As we try to decide if our idea is a good idea, we are often resistant to perspectives that challenge our imagination of success. Our apprehension creates vulnerabilities for us and for the resources we’re using to pursue our idea. Identifying the relevant points of view and engaging in inquiry is a key to good reasoning.
