Developing and Disciplining
Your Judgment

2 hours. Foundational Labs for Individuals and Groups

A core intention for the Catalytic Thinking Labs is to support people as they strengthen their judgment individually and collectively. Developing and discipling judgment leads to self-confidence; confidence in one's self leads to confidence in others. Thinking transforms our inner worlds, which makes it possible to transform our organizations and the work that we do in the world.

We recommend all individuals take The Practice of Good Judgment Lab before you take an Arena, Certificate, or Lab. The self-knowledge audit activity gives you a way to establish a baseline for your reasoning skills. As you move forward with the Labs, you can perform the audit again and use it to self-assess your development over time.

We recommend all teams begin with Developing Better Judgment Lab as an initial exploration in social learning and to co-create your shared learning culture. For each Arena Certificate, this Lab is also a requirement at the end of the learning journey to help you systematically and holistically integrate how you have transformed through thinking individually and as a team.

Return to these Labs individually and collectively at regular intervals as you work with through all Catalytic Thinking Arenas.

Catalytic Thinking Labs

It's time to move beyond just talking about change.
We'll change how we act when we change how we think. Strengthening my thinking now is something tangible I can do.
