There are limitless ways that you could customize the content and we absolutely encourage you to play with the elements. We have provided the content, videos, social learning activities, and instruction content for Learners. We have also designed an opportunity to incorporate facilitating into the process. Especially for novice facilitators, we think this can be a great opportunity to get your feet wet and develop this important skill-set for leading and supporting transformational organizations.
