There is a legacy from our recent past and centuries of tradition: leaders are in control of most everything, there are a few things that they can only influence, but it is all about control. Raising this legacy to consciousness, and discussing its eroding influence when it is undercover, is the signal of a modern leader. To pretend to be in control when it is obvious that such is not the case weakens everyone
